Chloe leads Dawn's portfolio events, communities and partnerships, and supports our portfolio companies on all things People & Talent.

I've always been passionate about meeting new people and building connections across different experiences and backgrounds - something I attribute to growing up as an army child (by the age of 16, we’d moved house 12 times, across Asia, the Middle East, and most of the UK).

I'm fortunate to channel that into my work, bringing together portfolio executives through in-person events - summits, breakfasts, dinners, panels, and the occasional theatre trip - as well as hosting our virtual knowledge-share series, DawnTalks. I also provide hands-on support to our portfolio companies on People & Talent matters, from compensation benchmarking and benefits design to helping them find a new office.

Alongside this, I manage Dawn's vendor partnerships - curating a trusted network of tools and providers that portfolio companies can tap into as they scale, and connecting them to the right expertise at the right moment.

Having a strong community, network, and access to hands-on expertise are superpowers when scaling a business - and I'm lucky that my role lets me provide all three for our portfolio executives.

Prior to Dawn, Chlöe worked at Founders Keepers (part of Founders Forum), and Odgers Berndtson. She studied English Language at Newcastle University.
