Cordelia helps to run the events at Dawn, bringing energy and precision to everything from intimate founder dinners to large-scale hackathons.

I came to Dawn via quite an unconventional route. Swapping life on land for the open ocean. I spent two years as a Chief Stewardess on superyachts, sailing around the world. Learning how to stay calm under pressure, think on my feet, and deliver exceptional experiences for people, whatever the circumstances.

When I eventually came ashore I joined Dawn as part of the front of house team, and haven't looked back. Since September 2025 I've been in the events associate role, where I get to combine my love of bringing people together with the incredible energy of the European tech ecosystem.

Cordelia holds a BSc in Criminology from Cardiff University.
