My time in consulting at Accenture shaped my business-driven approach to technology. It taught me that engineering should never exist in a vacuum - to be valuable it must solve practical business problems efficiently.

I took that approach to Dealroom.co, where I spent five years leading a team of Data and AI engineers building a product that powers the VC industry with signals. That experience gave me both an understanding of the private markets and a real drive to tackle the industry's unique data needs.

Joining Dawn brought me directly to where the technical challenges in the VC space actually happen - what often challenges the perspective I built in my previous role. Working closely with our investment team, I build the data infrastructure that turns complex relationship networks into actionable signals.

Outside of work in Amsterdam (where I'm based), I spend my time bouldering, running or trying to learn the piano - simple, consistent practice helps me to unwind. Otherwise I love to spend time with my friends and two cats.
