Maddy is a Front of House Coordinator at Dawn, acting as the first point of contact at our front desk for all visitors, and overseeing in-house operations and facilities management to ensure the office runs smoothly.

When I started working in events 10 years ago, I unknowingly found my two greatest strengths: people and problems that needed solving yesterday. At Dawn, maintaining our famously zen office aura is much the same.

As a Front of House Coordinator, I am the first friendly face our guests see and make sure their experience of Dawn is warm and seamless. I also take care of our team, making sure everyone has everything they need to help them succeed, whether that is through buying specific snacks or learning how to engineer the AC unit when it ceases to function in the peak of summer. Essentially, if you have an office request or see something that needs fixing, I’m your person.

In my free time I enjoy balancing out the business of London life with gardening and seeking out new modern art exhibitions.

Maddy has an MA from the University of St Andrews in Geography and Film.
